Consultation

Talk through your next move with someone who builds.

A consultation is a focused working session on the problem in front of you: the software you're building, the architecture it runs on, the business around it, or the workflows slowing your team down.

What a consultation is

A straight conversation, not a sales pitch. You bring the problem, and we work through it together.

I've spent 25+ years across software, sales, operations, and entrepreneurship, and I build SnapSuite and LeadScore AI today. If you're trying to build a software product, automate an internal workflow, improve your sales outreach, or figure out where AI fits in your business, we'll map the next practical move.

Good things to bring

  • What you're working on and where it's headed
  • What's stuck, or what you're unsure about
  • Links, screens, or docs if they help explain it
  • Any constraints: timeline, team, budget, tools

Four kinds of consultation

Software consultation

Planning, scoping, or rescuing a software product: what to build first, how to build it, and how to get it shipped.

Who it's for: Founders and teams building a SaaS product, an internal tool, or an app, or deciding whether to build at all.

Architecture consultation

Cloud and system architecture: Cloudflare, Azure, serverless, databases, and how the pieces fit together, with the tradeoffs laid out plainly.

Who it's for: Technical founders and dev teams choosing a stack, planning a migration, or hitting limits in production.

Request this

Entrepreneurship consultation

Positioning, pricing, launching, and outreach: moving from build mode to sales mode.

Who it's for: Founders and operators starting or growing a company, especially software and service businesses.

Request this

Business efficiency consultation

Making the business run better by optimizing workflows: map how work actually moves, find where time and money leak, and decide what to fix with process, software, or AI.

Who it's for: Owners and managers of trade, service, and operations-heavy businesses who feel buried in admin.
